MY TAP IS DRIPPING FROM THE END OF THE SPOUT/THE HANDLE:
If your kitchen tap is dripping from the end of the spout or around the handle, the valve or cartridge may need replacing.
If you know your Carron Phoenix tap model, you can search for the correct replacement valve or cartridge in our Web Shop and place your order online.

MY TAP IS LEAKING FROM THE BASE OF THE SPOUT:
A leak from the base of the tap spout is often caused by worn O-rings. In most cases, an O-Ring Replacement Kit will resolve the issue and help restore the performance of your tap.
If you know your Carron Phoenix tap model, you can find the correct O-ring kit in our Web Shop and order online.
